How to Connect Keyboard to Xbox 360

Sadly, you can't. You can use a keyboard to type messages via the text form to send to people, but that's it.

It is possible to use a USB wired keyboard on Xbox 360 for writing and chat purposes. Normally, it is not possible to use them in any gameplay and a mouse will not work too on the console. But there are special adapters out there that you can buy online. Search for "xbox 360 mouse and keyboard" in Google and you might find some products corresponding to your needs.

I've heard Minecraft is Keyboard&Mouse compatible.

There are some third party adapters out there if you run a google search. I couldn't tell you how legit they are or how well they work though.

Be careful. Those type of adapters are not allowed in many online games. There was a debate about it last year and one such Game Developer did declare that the use of a keyboard/mouse on their online game would result in a ban from their game. Also, if I am not mistaken it would be against the XBL Terms of Service to use unapproved hardware with their console.

I'd imagine in a future update they will release keyboard and mouse compatibilities. But for now there isn't.
